Call an agent that speaks Gulf Arabic and English
Switch languages mid-sentence and it switches with you. Pick a line, press call, and talk. The clinic, the insurer and every patient detail here are made up.

How this demo works
- Speech-to-speech with Gemini Live on Vertex AI, so there's no separate transcription or voice step and turns stay short.
- LiveKit carries the audio. The agent worker runs on Google Cloud in Doha.
- For real patient data, the same agents run on a UAE-hosted stack: self-hosted LiveKit, UAE speech services and an in-country language model.
- Everything here is synthetic: Demo Polyclinic, Example Insurance and the patient do not exist.
